01 — Introduction

A consistent brand,
everywhere.

This manual gathers the core guidelines that keep the Quickhire Solutions identity consistent across every medium — from a job-site banner to a digital ad. Following these rules ensures the brand always looks professional, coherent and unmistakably ours, no matter who is building the material or where it appears.

What we do
US-based staffing that places dependable, vetted people into demanding blue-collar roles — fast.
How we work
Owner-led and hands-on, with response times measured in hours — typically 24–48.
Where we work
Headquartered in Houston, TX, serving employers across the United States.

02 — Brand Concept

One symbol, three ideas.

The Quickhire mark fuses three meanings into a single shape. Read together, they tell the brand’s whole story at a glance: finding the right people, in the right place, fast. This symbol — the isotype — sits at the heart of the full logotype shown here.

01
The location pin
Presence and locality — we are where the work is. The outer pin grounds the brand in a real place and a real job site.
02
The person
The human at the center of staffing — the worker, ready and vetted. People are the product, so they sit at the heart of the mark.
03
The magnifier
Search and matching — the act of finding and vetting the right fit. It signals the deliberate, owner-led screening behind every placement.

What it stands for.

The idea

Staffing is a human business. Quickhire exists to connect employers with dependable people quickly — owner-led, hands-on, and honest about what it takes to show up and do great work.

The identity reflects that: confident and industrial, but never cold. It carries the speed and reliability the name promises — Quickhire — while keeping the person front and center.

Color story
Bright Blue — energy & action
The signal color. Movement, momentum and the speed of a fast hire.
Deep Navy — trust & stability
The foundation. Professionalism, dependability and industrial strength.
The gradient — momentum
Search to placement. The blue-to-navy shift is the brand in motion.
Charcoal — clarity
A neutral, grounded base for typography and fine detail.

03 — Logo

Primary logo.

The vertical, full-color logotype — the symbol together with the brand name — is the primary expression of the brand. Use it whenever space and background allow; it leads with the symbol and reads clearly at most sizes.

Construction & proportions.

x = base module

The symbol is built on a square grid. Every curve and angle aligns to that geometry, which keeps the mark balanced and reproducible at any scale.

04 / Variants
04 — Logo Variants

Logo variants.

Four approved versions for different layouts. The logotype is the complete logo — symbol plus brand name; the isotype is the symbol on its own. Always pick the version that fits the format — never recombine the elements yourself.

Logotype — vertical
Complete logo: symbol + name. Primary lockup.
Logotype — horizontal
Complete logo for wide formats & signage.
Isotype
Symbol only, without the name. Avatars, app icons.
Wordmark
Brand name only, where the symbol already appears.

Clear space & minimum size.

Clear space
x x

Keep clear space equal to x — the height of the symbol’s inner figure — on all sides. Keep text, images and edges outside this zone.

Photography.

Imagery should feel real and earned — actual people on actual job sites. It builds the trust the brand is built on.

Direction
Authentic blue-collar workers in construction, hospitality, warehouse and automotive settings.
Natural light, real tools, genuine moments — people actively working.
Warm, human and confident; show focus and craft.
×Generic suit-and-tie office stock or staged handshakes.
×Over-filtered, fake or clip-art style imagery.

When placing the logo or text over a photo, add a Deep Navy overlay (around 45–60%) so the white logo stays legible.

Overlay treatment

Replace the field above with a real job-site photo in production. The navy overlay and white logo placement stay the same.
